Local celebrity chef, James (The Chadman) Chatterpaul, along with Penny Johansen, are pleased to announce the opening of Chatterpaul's in North Whitby. Chatterpaul, a graduate of George Brown College, spent the first 7 years of his career in Toronto honing his craft, before coming to Oshawa to head a busy kitchen and impress diners with his unique menu creations.
